Staff Details

I visit the children once a month in their Educators home. I support the Educators to further their knowledge to support children’s interests and foster their development. I write visit notes, take photos, send them to the families and then write a learning story every term. I run playgroups music groups and organise outings.

Interests : I love my family and our animals. I also enjoy playing squash and being involved in our local Harriers race walking club.

We recently had an outing to Pukaha Mount Bruce a wildlife centre and we were invited to an outdoor classroom. While there we learnt about invertebrates and how they are great for the forest eco system and got right up close to a kiwi. Children in homebased childcare get to experience many opportunities to get out in the community and interact in group settlings and also have quality one on one time.
