Our in-home childhood Educators are fully supported to help your child flourish and grow

An increasing number of New Zealand families are choosing home-based childcare because it gives them flexible childcare in small groups that allows their children to flourish and grow.

In-home childcare offers you the option to choose your own Educator and for you to discuss your own conditions around wages and working hours.

By choosing an Educator through Education Angels you not only get all the benefits that in-home child care provides, but you also get the added benefit of knowing you are choosing an Educator that is fully supported.

Education Angel’s registered trained teachers (Education Guardians) ensure our Educators are supported to provide the very best care and education for your child, through training and mentoring and our own stringent quality and safety checks.

Our monthly Educator visits and regular contact from our Education Guardians, together with the Educator identify your child’s strengths, interests and abilities and plan for their own individual learning on a one on one basis. All our Educators are provided with quality educational resources to match your child’s learning and interests.

Our Educators provide online portfolio’s for our families which include a written Learning Story that documents your child’s developing skills, interests and strengths as well as ideas and resources for the next steps in their learning. You can also contribute to this journal.
